Yes, this is a great skirt!! I would wear it with many colours, or throw on a longer tee or wifebeater under a shorter one for the layered look, which admittedly I do like, but am not yet equipped for (how many T-shirts and tanks can one girl own???)
I disagree with R'nP, I like tube tops and hope this is one. It looks great!!
It is indeed a tube top - which I too am a great fan of! Sorry PooperHeimer, got to disagree with you on this one. Tube tops are wonderful, ESPECIALLY when you are trying to avoid tan lines to look good in a dress next week!
